By subscribing to our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.
The Company offers various subscription tiers, each providing different levels of access to the Services. Current subscription offerings include, but may not be limited to:

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL NOTICE: ALL SUBSCRIPTION PLANS (EXCEPT LIFETIME ACCESS) ARE SET TO AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD. Your payment method will be charged the then-current subscription fee unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. It is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription and ensure timely cancellation if you do not wish to continue.
Your billing date is determined by the date of your initial subscription purchase. For monthly subscriptions, you will be billed on the same date each month (or the last day of the month if the original date does not exist in a particular month). For annual subscriptions, you will be billed on the same date each year.
We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout, which may include credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment services. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use such payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

IMPORTANT: Automatic renewal charges are NOT eligible for refund under any circumstances. If you do not wish to be charged for renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date. The Company is not responsible for refunding charges resulting from your failure to cancel.

Step 2: Provide Required Information
Include the following in your request: (a) Full name on the account; (b) Email address associated with the account; (c) Date of purchase; (d) Subscription plan purchased; (e) Payment method used (last 4 digits only); (f) Reason for refund request
Step 3: Await Confirmation
You will receive an automated acknowledgment within 24 hours confirming receipt of your request
Step 4: Review Process
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
Step 5: Decision Notification
You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or denial of your refund request
Approved refunds will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days from the date of approval. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution, and may take an additional five (5) to ten (10) business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods, bank accounts, or third parties. If the original payment method is no longer valid, we will work with you to find an alternative solution, which may require additional verification.
In certain circumstances, at our sole discretion, we may offer a partial refund or account credit in lieu of a full refund. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to: (a) requests made outside the standard refund window with extenuating circumstances; (b) service interruptions or technical issues affecting access; or (c) promotional offers with modified refund terms.

Upon successful cancellation, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact our support team to verify that your cancellation was processed. You are responsible for ensuring that cancellation is completed before your next billing date.
If you cancel your subscription and later wish to reactivate, you may do so at any time by subscribing again. Upon reactivation, you will be charged the then-current subscription fee, which may differ from your previous rate. Promotional pricing or discounts from prior subscriptions will not automatically apply to reactivated subscriptions.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CHARGEBACKS: We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:
If you have a billing concern or dispute, please contact our support team at support@prismtrades.us before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns quickly and fairly. In most cases, we can resolve issues more efficiently than the chargeback process, which can take weeks or months.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute that is false, fraudulent, or without merit may constitute fraud. The Company reserves the right to take legal action and pursue all available remedies against individuals who file fraudulent chargebacks, including but not limited to recovery of the disputed amount, chargeback fees, attorney's fees, and other damages.
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the Services, please contact our support team. We may, at our sole discretion, provide: (a) account credits; (b) subscription extensions; (c) partial refunds; or (d) other appropriate remedies based on the nature and duration of the issue.
In the event that we discontinue the Services entirely or make substantial changes that materially reduce the functionality of the Services, we may, at our sole discretion, offer prorated refunds for any unused subscription period. This does not apply to routine updates, modifications, or feature changes.
Subscriptions purchased under promotional, discounted, or special offer pricing may be subject to different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase. Free trials that convert to paid subscriptions are subject to standard refund policies beginning on the date the trial converts to a paid subscription.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Policy. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email or through the Services.
